Full name on the Credit Card
Credit Card number
Credit Card expiry Date
Billing address of your credit card
After we receive your fax, you will receive a confirmation e-mail message from our sales department to confirm your order's status, total cost, and confirmation of the information.

Mailing your payments:

We accept international postal money orders, bank drafts, and other types of money orders.

The name of the item you wish to order
