What is your privacy policy(s)?
We do not disclose customer information to any third party.
We only periodically e-mail customers to inform them of promotions,
etc. You always have the option of opting out of the e-mailing
list. As with all sellers, we are required by credit companies
to maintain sales records for one year. Top
I have ordered an item, what do I do now?
After you have ordered at item, there is no need for you to
do anything else. You will receive an invoice from us by e-mail.
The invoice is for your records. However, sometimes, your
credit card might have been refused by the credit card company.
Then, we will contact you via e-mail to inform you of such
an occurrence. Top
How long is the shipping time?
We ship all orders within 24 to 48 hours after receiving and
successfully processing the orders. If an item is out-of-stock,
you will be contacted of the situation. The default, standard
delivery option is UPS Ground. With UPS Ground, the shipping
time is only 2 to 7 business days. Top
Do the products have warranty?
All products have at least one year North-American manufacturer's
warranty. It covers parts and labor. Top

Yes, we definitely ship outside of North America. When you
order online, please remember to select the correct shipping
option when prompted to do so. Also, if you want a PAL version
